Good to know

  • Marc André designed Splendor; Space Cowboys published it in 2014.
  • Chip counts: 4 of each gem in 2 players, 5 in 3 players, 7 in 4 players, plus 5 gold.
  • A turn is exactly one of: take 3 different gems, take 2 of one gem if 4 or more remain, buy a card, or reserve a card and take 1 gold if any remain.
  • Reserved cards are hidden in your hand (max 3). Gold pays any single missing gem.
  • Nobles are not taken as a turn; they visit when your bonuses meet their cost, for 3 prestige each. The race ends at 15 prestige after the current round completes.
